• There is no built-in time-tracker within Zooniverse. Often volunteers use the number of classifications they've contributed as a proxy for time spent on the site. We suggest that a screenshot of the classification stats on your individual user homepage could be used to document your participation.
  • You can see your classification count by going to https://www.zooniverse.org and signing in. After sign in, you can click on your username in the top right corner of the page and select “Home” from the dropdown menu.  On your homepage, you’ll be shown  your display name, your total classification count, and a circular ribbon surrounding your avatar that shows what projects you’ve worked on. If you hover your mouse cursor over segments of the ribbon, you'll see the classification counts for each project you've participated in.
  • While the Adler Planetarium, one of the hosts of the Zooniverse web development team, is a 501(c)(3), the Zooniverse is not. For those needing to link explicitly to a 501(c)(3) for their volunteering efforts and want to volunteer through Zooniverse, we recommend using the Adler Planetarium as the reference. Documentation of the Adler Planetarium's 501(c)(3) status is provided at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PCDmETj-3KZ0tsHf-sICv6Z3a_rysvgj/view?usp=sharing
